How do I back up my site?
You need to back up your website regularly. Control panel should have a backup function for saving files below 500MB with one click only. If they are more than that, you need to save your databases to partitions. Simply, drag your public HTML folder to your computer via FTP and copy the files to back up your website. In case, you have concerns about the security of your web host, you can set up an email forwarder. You may also duplicate everything while on an online email service like Gmail or offline like Outlook.
Do you notify me that my domain name needs to be renewed?
Our billing system will automatically notify you 5 times (60 days, 30 days, 15 days, 7 days and 1 day) before the expiration date.
